We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product you purchased from us. Ambicare Group Limited will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied.

If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. In the event of a product not meeting the Customer’s requirements, it must be returned to Ambicare Group Limited in an unused and re-saleable condition with all packaging and labels attached within 30 days of purchase or delivery.  Any items received after this date will not be refunded.

A returns note must be completed by the Customer and returned with the product/s. Products must be returned at your expense. In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. All goods should be returned in shop or via an insured, traceable service to. Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us or fault.

 

Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order.

Ambicare Group Limited reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Damaged & Missing Products Policy

 

 

 

The Customer must make any claims for damaged and/or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Ambicare Group Limited reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Ambicare Group Limited will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
